Research Paper Topics - Why Not Focus On The Real Problem?
Research Paper Topics - Why Not Focus On The Real Problem? It is almost impossible to run an essay on sports injuries without thinking of your subject from an extreme perspective. There are very few things in the world that are as painful, expensive, and debilitating as a sports injury. Unfortunately, this is what happens when people are too focused on these sports injuries and forget about the bigger picture. In my opinion, sports injuries are not the greatest concern in the world. That is to say, they should not be such a major part of any research paper. While this is a relatively unpopular viewpoint, it is simply because most people focus on the wrong causes. The only way to come to any such conclusion is to first understand the bigger picture. The thing about personal injury is that it comes in two forms. First, there is the injury itself. Injuries can be traumatic enough to make a person think twice about playing their sport again or considering their sport in the future. For examp le, a major injury can be experienced during a play. A catastrophic injury can last a lifetime and can prevent a person from ever playing their sport again. This could be caused by bone breaks, torn ligaments, torn muscles, spinal cord trauma, and even paralysis. Then there is the more serious sports injury. There is the trauma caused by an accident, the pain, the time off from work, and the long term effects that can follow the trauma. Again, while the effects are real, they are often ignored by people who are not emotionally damaged by the event.Perhaps the most important reason to shy away from sports injury in a research paper topics sports injuries is the politics involved. First, if we put too much emphasis on sports injuries, then we are going to make it difficult for people to identify with sports and to continue them. People get injured in activities and go back to their normal routine after a period of time because they don't want to be identified as athletes. When there is a personal injury, they often decide to remain in their comfort zone. They may take a hiatus in their work and engage in other hobbies and activities, but still stick to the sports that they are familiar with. This can cause a snowball effect, as the people who do not participate in sports gradually get squeezed out of the sport by those who do.Therefore, focus on the bigger picture before you start putting sports injuries into your research paper topics. After all, you want to inform the reader about sports injuries so that they can make informed decisions as to whether or not they want to continue with their chosen sports.
